一种抗 CO2 中毒的高电化学性能质子导体电解质

A High Electrochemical Performance Proton Conductor Electrolyte with CO2 Tolerance

摘要: 制备了一种高电化学性能的抗 CO2 中毒的低温质子导体固体氧化物燃料电池电解质 BaZr0.4Ce0.4Y0.2O3 (BZCY4), 并通过双层共压法制备出 NiO + BZCY4 阳极支撑的单电池. 该电池以质子导体材料 BZCY4 氧化物为电解质, 钙钛矿型材料 Ba0.5Sr0.5Co0.8Fe0.2O3 (BSCF) 为阴极, 在 750 和 400 oC 下的功率密度分别为 219 和 57 mW/cm2.

Abstract: XRD patterns of BaZr0.1Ce0.7Y0.2O3 (BZCY1) and BaZr0.4Ce0.4Y0.2O3 (BZCY4) oxides before and after treatment under various CO2-containing atmospheres indicated that BZCY4 is a promising high CO2-tolerent proton conductor material. The study of fuel cell performance showed that BZCY4 has the potential for direct operating reformed gas.
