Synthesis of ZSM-23 Zeolite Using Isopropylamine as Template

摘要: 系统考察了异丙胺-硅溶胶-偏铝酸钠-水体系中合成 ZSM-23 分子筛的影响因素. 结果表明, 当投料 SiO2/Al2O3 比为 60~150 时能够合成出晶相单一、结晶度良好的 ZSM-23 分子筛. SiO2/Al2O3 比、模板剂用量、体系的碱度以及水量均能影响合成产物的晶型. 同时模板剂用量和 SiO2/Al2O3 比对 ZSM-23 分子筛的形貌影响很大. 在优化的条件下, 稳定合成了不同形貌的 ZSM-23 分子筛.

Abstract: The formation of different zeolite crystal phases was found in the hydrothermal system of isopropylamine-silica sol-NaAlO2-H2O. ZSM-23 zeolite with controllable morphology can be synthesized in this system by changing synthesis conditions, especially the SiO2/Al2O3 molar ratio and template concentration. Needle-shaped ZSM-23 with length of 150–200 nm was obtained steadily under the appropriate conditions.
