水促进的氯化钌催化 α-蒎烯加氢反应

Hydrogenation of α-Pinene over Ruthenium Chloride Promoted by Water

摘要: 考察了水促进的 RuCl3 催化 α-蒎烯加氢反应. 结果表明, 同传统催化剂或无水 RuCl3 相比, 水对 α-蒎烯加氢反应具有明显的促进作用, 可显著提高蒎烷选择性及产物中蒎烷顺反比, 且容易实现产物的分离及催化剂的循环使用. 在 RuCl3•3H2O 用量 1.8 mg, α-蒎烯 2.5 g, m(H2O):m(α-蒎烯) = 4:1 下, 160 oC, 5 MPa H2 条件下反应 5 h, α-蒎烯转化率达 99.7%, 蒎烷顺反比为 28, 其中顺式蒎烷选择性为 96.3%. 此外, 分离所得溶有 RuCl3 水相不经任何处理重复使用 5 次, 其催化活性不变, 具有较好的重复使用性能.

Abstract: The water improved hydrogenation of α-pinene was investigated in the presence of ruthenium chloride. The results showed that water significantly promoted the hydrogenation. Compared with the traditional catalysts or RuCl3, the selectivity for product pinane and the molar ratio of cis-/trans-pinane were significantly improved. Under the optimum conditions of 1.8 mg RuCl3·3H2O, 2.5 g α-pinene, m(H2O):m(α-pinene) = 4:1, 5 MPa H2, reaction temperature 160 oC, and reaction time 5 h, the conversion of α-pinene reached 99.7%, the selectivity for cis-pinane was 96.3%, and the molar ratio of cis-/trans-pinane was more than 28. Otherwise, the isolated catalyst phase could be used five times without any treatment, and its catalytic activity was unchanged.
