Cover: Zou and coworkers in their Article on pages 1818-1825 reported the synthesis of supported ultrasmall spinel manganese-cobalt oxide nanoparticles (Mn
xCo
3-xO
4/C) through a facile and low-temperature precipitation-dehydration method. The bimetallic composite oxide (Mn
1.5Co
1.5O
4/C) with cubic spinel structure exhibits remarkable enhancement of ORR activity and stability compared with single metal oxide (both Mn
3O
4/C and Co
3O
4/C).
