高性能Pt/La-Ba-Al2O3/H-ZSM-5氢燃料汽车尾气处理催化剂

Pt/La-Ba-Al2O3/H-ZSM-5 Catalyst for Treating Hydrogen-Powered Vehicle Ex-haust

摘要: 采用胶溶法制备了 La-Ba-Al2O3(LBA) 材料, 以此为载体采用浸渍法制备了两种整体式催化剂 Pt/LBA 和 Pt/LBA/H-ZSM-5, 并评价了它们去除 NO 的性能. 采用 N2 吸附-脱附和 X 射线衍射对载体材料进行了表征. 结果表明, 所制备的 LBA 仅有γ-Al2O3 晶相存在, 比表面积和孔容分别为 144 m2/g 和 0.45 ml/g, 具有较好的抗高温老化性能. 在 106~356 oC 间, 催化剂 Pt/LBA/H-ZSM-5 上 NO 转化率很高, 在 153 oC时达到最高为 98.8%, 此时 N2 选择性为 81.3%. 该催化剂有很大的潜在应用价值.

Abstract: Pt/La-Ba-Al2O3 and Pt/La-Ba-Al2O3/H-ZSM-5 catalysts showed high N2 selectivity (SN2) from 106 to 506 篊 in treating the exhaust from hydrogen-powered vehicles. SN2 increased with increasing temperature, and SN2 over Pt/La-Ba-Al2O3/H-ZSM-5 was higher than that over Pt/La-Ba-Al2O3. The Pt/La-Ba-Al2O3/H-ZSM-5 catalyst gave enhanced SN2.
