Alkaline Earth Metals-Modified SAPO-34 for Methanol Conversion to Light Olefins

摘要: 用碱土金属 (Mg, Ca, Sr 和 Ba) 通过浸渍法对 SAPO-34 分子筛进行了改性, 在常压连续流动固定床反应器上研究了其对甲醇制烯烃 (MTO) 反应的催化性能. 结果表明, 0.5%~1% Ba 的添加明显提高了 SAPO-34 的抗积炭失活能力, 使催化剂在 WHSV = 2 h?1 和 450 oC 条件下的催化寿命相对延长了 27%.

Abstract: The investigation focused on modifying SAPO-34 zeolite with alkaline earth metals to increase the anti-coking ability of the catalyst in methanol conversion to light olefins (MTO). 1%Ba/SAPO-34 gave a prolonged lifetime by 27% compared with SAPO-34 under the reaction conditions of WHSV = 2 h?1, 450 oC, and atmospheric pressure.
