鸟巢状氧化镁球形材料的合成、表征及催化性能

摘要: 将硝酸镁和碳酸钾溶液在沸腾的条件下反应, 制备了一种具有鸟巢状形貌的碱式碳酸镁球形材料. 此结构是由片状材料在无模板剂的条件下通过自组装形成, 而且在焙烧过程中, 形貌可以保持不变, 从而制备得到新颖的具有鸟巢状形貌的多孔氧化镁球形材料. 采用 X 射线衍射、低温氮气吸附、红外、热重和扫描电镜等分析手段对制备的材料进行了表征. 结果表明, 鸟巢状氧化镁具有较大的比表面积 (150 m2/g) 和孔容 (0.51 cm3/g). 该材料用于 1,2-丙二醇转化反应时, 丙酮醇的选择性为 92.36%, 显示了良好的催化活性.

Abstract: Nest-like alkaline magnesium carbonate spheres were successfully prepared from self- assembled thin nanoplates, which can convert to nest-like magnesium oxide (MgO) without changes of morphology by calcination. The obtained nest-like MgO spheres show a high specific surface area and large pore volume. A high selectivity (92.36%) for acetol can be achieved in the conversion of 1,2-propylene glycol over the MgO with nest-like structure.
