丙烷氧化制丙烯酸催化剂MoVTeNbO的两段焙烧

Two-Step Calcined MoVTeNbO Catalysts for the Oxidation of Propane to Acrylic Acid

摘要: 研究了不同焙烧方式和两段焙烧方式中不同焙烧温度对 MoV0.3Te0.23Nb0.12Ox 催化剂的结构及其在丙烷选择氧化制丙烯酸反应中催化性能的影响. 结果表明, 两段式焙烧方法促进了活性相 M1 相的生成和体相内较活泼晶格氧的产生, 从而使催化剂性能显著提高. 进一步的实验证明, 两段式焙烧时两个不同阶段的焙烧温度对催化剂的结构和催化性能有重要影响. X 射线衍射和程序升温还原等表征发现, 催化剂的物相组成是一个对催化性能提高的尤为关键的因素, 而较活泼晶格氧的产生对催化剂的活性也有重要影响.

Abstract: The two-step calcination method of MoVTeNbO catalysts used in the selective oxidation of propane to acrylic acid was investigated. The results indicated that the two-step calcination method was propitious to obtain highly effective catalysts. The calcination temperatures of every stage affect the phase structure and the catalytic performance of catalysts.
