溶剂热法合成CuInS2-ZnS固溶体及其光催化分解水制氢性能

Photocatalytic Hydrogen Production on CuInS2-ZnS Solid Solution Prepared by Solvothermal Method

摘要: 采用乙二胺为溶剂,硫粉为硫源,在高压反应釜中于200 ℃合成了纳米尺度的CuInS2-ZnS四元硫化物固溶体. 对产物的晶相转变研究发现, ZnS中引入少量In3+离子即可使ZnS由立方相转变为六方相,而且随着In3+引入量的增加, ZnS的粒径逐渐减小. 在可见光(λ>420 nm)照射下,对不同x值的(CuIn)xZn2(1-x)S2固溶体催化剂的光催化活性考察发现, (CuIn)0.09Zn1.82S2催化剂在含有S2--SO2-3牺牲试剂的水溶液中表现出最高的光催化分解水产氢活性. 循环实验表明,该催化剂反应20 h后光催化活性没有明显降低.

Abstract: The CuInS2-ZnS solid solution was prepared by a solvothermal route using ethy lenediamine as the solvent. A trace amount of In3+ incorporated into ZnS c an ind uce the transformation of the ZnS phase from cubic to hexagonal and can sharply decrease the particle size of ZnS. The (CuIn)0.09-Zn1.82S2 cata ly st showed comparable photocatalytic activity and stability in photocatalytic hyd rogen production.
